Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for on time vehicle placement for PAN India at Havells Sricity plant based on the indent within 24 hours. 2. Placement of vehicles with in the budgeted cost. 3. Educate and ensure transporters are aligned to deliver as per Customer SLA - timely vehicle placement, Transit Time adherence and adhere safety of the material and safety norms at Customer location, no co-loading. 4. Ensure proper loading of vehcile with proper stacking and counting of material . 5. Vehicle recovery management in case of breakdown, accidents, and natural calamities. 6. Collecting No Due Certificate from transporters. 7. POD uploading by the driver / transporter after unloading of trucks. 8. Monitoring timely issuance of e-bills/ Ack numbers to the transporter by the Project team after receipt of PODs. 9. Quarterly performance review with transporters along with transportation team. 10. Implementation of Alpha and TMS adherence. 11 . Maintaining the proper MIS and documents for customer billing. 12. Timely resolution of customer escalation. 13. Submission of Daily, weekly and monthly DSR / MIS Reports. 14. Declaring Provisions / Monthly forecast to transport operations team. 15. Validation of DEPS - intransit damage, shortage, accident, and theft. 16. Coordinate with Customer for insurance survey for accidents, theft, shortage and damges. 17. Issuance of COF by coordination with TVSSCS Finance / Legal. 18. Classificaiton of DEPS - recoverable / non-recoverable, initiate debit to vendor in case of non -recoverable. 19. Coordinate with TVSSCS Insurance team for any claim not being accepted by the Customer. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
