Transport Coordinator

Job Description

In the role of Transport Coordinator, you will be coordinating the daily transport operations for India. The role will require you to have a transport operational background, but also to be able to bridge that knowledge into commercial areas. You will be driving and improving both online and retail transportation to achieve the best outcome for the HM customer foremost. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day transport operations with focus on the transport coordination between HM and contracted carriers - retail and online Carrier relations with structured follow up meetings together with the carrier s operational departments and teams to secure the short- and long term KPIs Develop and implement initiatives to deliver conscious approaches, efficiency, reduced costs, and excellent levels of service. Analyze reasons for deviations between actual results and SLA to initiate actions.
