Job Description

Role Overview: Join the Organization Design & Enterprise Performance (OA&EP) team (part of the Office of the COO) to innovate and enhance Internal Process Performance & Effectiveness, and Strengthen Governance, consistency, and intended outcomes. As a Transformation Business Architect Specialist/ Associate Manager, your key responsibility is to drive the Data and Reporting requirements supporting the operations of all projects/workstreams and verticals under the OA&EP Team. This role demands attention to detail, organization, analytical skills, and creative approaches to analyze data for meaningful conclusions. Your influence and ability to function independently are critical to navigate stakeholder interests while delivering a net business benefit. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a robust mix of technical and communication skills with a passion for optimization, data storytelling, and visualization. Manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate within the team. - Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and standard data analysis processes to share knowledge for continuous learning and improvement. - Actively engage in multi-functional initiatives, measure project success, create and review guides and manuals, and maintain stakeholder relationships. - Independently manage daily work tasks, receive detailed instructions for new assignments, and contribute as an individual within the OA&EP team. Qualification Required: - Preferred experience in designing/deploying Gen-AI solutions and integrating them into enterprise applications. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, data visualization (Power BI), Python, and Cloud (Google Cloud Platform preferred). - Strong background in data modeling and visualization using Power BI, including dashboard creation, maintenance, and deployment. - Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and cleaning, leading application feature development and implementation in collaboration with business and CIO team. - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving inclination with attention to detail and big-picture thinking, ability to tailor information for various organizational levels, and work collaboratively across all workstreams/verticals.
