Job Description

As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing transfer pricing policies that are in line with global tax regulations and the company's objectives. Your role will involve analyzing and optimizing intercompany pricing models to enhance operational efficiency and ensure tax compliance. You will provide support to business units in pricing decisions for various intercompany transactions, including tangible goods, services, and intellectual property. Ensuring adherence to local transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and country-specific rules will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be tasked with preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation such as Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting. Additionally, handling transfer pricing litigations and managing intercompany agreements to accurately reflect pricing arrangements will be part of your duties. Monitoring and mitigating risks associated with transfer pricing adjustments and regulatory challenges will be crucial. Regular reviews of intercompany transactions to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities will be necessary. Collaboration with finance, legal, supply chain, and operations teams to align transfer pricing policies with overall business strategies is also expected. Working closely with external advisors and tax consultants to address complex cross-border issues will be part of your role. Your qualifications should include being a Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience in transfer pricing and international tax handling, preferably in manufacturing or a multinational corporation. A deep understanding of tax regulations, OECD guidelines, and compliance requirements is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, use of Transfer Pricing databases, and proficiency in ERP systems and tax reporting tools (e.g., SAP, OneSource, or Alteryx) are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.,
