We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. You will represent our company in a professional manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services or schedule appointments. Respond to inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner. Maintain an updated record of client interactions and sales leads in the CRM system. Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Achieve daily/weekly call quotas and performance goals. Provide detailed product information and guide clients through the purchasing or booking process. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction post-interaction. Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer outreach. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
