Train regional and field team of surveyors on how to conduct door-to-door interviews effectively. Monitor daily team performance and share feedback from head office with the field team. Assess coaching needs through surveys, door-to-door interviews with employees, and consultations with managers or instructors. Should be able to understand individual capacity and then deliver coaching to employees using various instructional techniques. Build monthly, quarterly, and annual coaching/training program Document all essential data for audit and future reference Prepare and present reports on coaching/training programs Work with the team as a field observer/researcher if needed Requirements 5 years of experience in training, field training would be an added advantage Expertise in effective communication and team building Should be able to speak at least 2-3 regional languages, namely Assamese/Odia/Bengali Should be open to travel across the east region of India Experience in training blue collar workers and having QMS certification would be an added advantage Candidates with sports/events/military background would be preferred Minimum graduate with training certifications from reputed institute Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
