Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver sales training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement. Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires to ensure a smooth ramp-up process. Develop interactive training materials , including presentations, role-plays, sales scripts, and case studies. Implement ongoing coaching sessions to enhance selling skills and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly. Track and analyze training effectiveness using sales performance metrics and feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive strategies to refine training content. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a similar role. Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes and CRM tools . Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills . Ability to conduct role-plays, simulations, and real-world sales scenario training .
