Recently, the company has entered the electric vehicle market with the launch of state-of-the-art EV charging equipment and is working towards building a robust nationwide EV charging infrastructure. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager based in Delhi, India. The Training Manager will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to upskill employees. The role involves implementing strategies to enhance workforce performance, developing training materials, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all training aligns with company goals and standards. Additionally, the Training Manager will support talent development initiatives, mentor team members, and track learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Professional expertise in Training Needs Analysis, Curriculum Design, and Instructional Design
Strong skills in Program Implementation, Employee Development, and Leadership Coaching
Experience in creating and delivering technical and non-technical training modules
Proficiency in Presentation Development, Communication, and Team Collaboration
Analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness and identifying areas of improvement
Familiarity with training software and learning management systems (LMS)
Experience in the renewable energy or technology sector is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required
Master’s degree or professional certifications in Training or Development are a plus
