About the company: MedoPlus Services Pvt. Ltd. is a health-tech company transforming healthcare access through its MedoPlus App, which connects users to verified doctors, labs, and hospitals, while securely managing digital health records. In rural areas, trained village-based healthcare assistants called MedoMITR help residents access services via the app. Users can also download the app from play store and use it for their health care journey.

With a network of 550+ doctors, labs, and hospitals across central Uttar Pradesh and coverage in 500+ villages, MedoPlus has facilitated over 1.5 lakh health transactions. MedoPlus has been awarded with one global, one Asian and 5 national awards of high repute like best statup of the year by IIT Kanpur, FICCI Healthcare Excellence Award 2024, Sankalp Award 2024, Swiss Re Foundation Award 2023, IMT Ghaziabad and few more.

MedoPlus has also launched chain of modern rural clinics in Uttar Pradesh, offering OPD consultations, medicines, diagnostics, eye care, dental care, day care, health insurance, health loans, Ayushmann Bharat services, etc.

Looking ahead, MedoPlus plans to establish 100 clinics across India over the next three years.

Key deliverables:

1. To build training as a culture & pedigree of Medoplus.

2. To build & continuously evolve training modules for

a. Employees – Soft Skills, Product knowledge, Sales, cross sales, Institutional sales, market activities, SOPs

b. MedoMITR (Channel Partners) – Soft Skills, Product knowledge, Sales Pitch, market activities, do’s & don’t

c. Facilities - Product knowledge, market activities, do’s & don’t

d. Clinic staff- Soft Skills, Operations, SOPs, Sales Pitch, cross selling, Product knowledge, camp activities, do’s & don’t

3. Build a metrics of evaluation to measure change in productivity post trainings.

4. Create a scalable & sustainable training system & architecture using multimedia, information & communication technologies to take training to the remotest area using online training, visual studios & hands on training.

5. Train the trainer – in most of the cases field employees to become trainers. Build passion in employees, towards their work so as to use on job training as a continuous process to develop their channels, along with HR.

6. To build a culture towards importance of sales within the organization.

7. Creating training calendar for employees, MedoMITR and Medical Facilities etc.

8. Development and implementation of a strategy, operational plans and budgets for training services in line with overall strategic framework.

9. Stay abreast of trends and good practices in training, e-learning, personal and professional development.

10. Conduct needs assessment and identify performance gaps and implementing training best practices to ensure alignment with MedoPlus needs.

11. Creating training modules on inter departmental dynamics.

Qualifications & past experience (5-6 yrs)

· Post Graduate preferably with MBA or relevant professional course

· Proven work experience as a Zonal or Regional Trainer

· Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization.

· Experience in conducting organizational, program level, and individual needs analysis to identify learning and development needs; experience in running targeted development programs.

· Able to travel extensively and work long hours on your feet.

· Experience demonstrating problem-solving, critical thinking & excellent analytical skills.

· Ability to pick the training needs in people and also with changing business environment.
