Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees across the brands. Follow all agreed Quality Assurance and Risk Management Systems that are prevalent in the organisation and contribute generally to the establishment and development of a quality provision/service. Act as a coach and mentor for the store staff. Involves in budget preparation for the function and effective management of funds. The Training Manager will be responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time. Partner with department to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development interventions. # Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance the training procedures and provide value to the employees.
