Job Description

Role & responsibilities Visit branches & Conduct Training's as per calendar/need/flavor of the month - Train/Coach RM's on identifying & understanding Insurance needs of clients & pitch appropriate Girnar Insurance solutions and support them in joint calls where required. - Build good relationships & interact informally with PARTNER to ensure smooth flow of business & training transactions. - Act as a Single Point of Contact for all training related issues - Act as a coordinator between between PARTNER & RM for licensing training, renewal training, licensing exam fixing and all training administration related work. - Impart training - induction and follow-up trainings to Sales Managers of Insurance Dekho managing PARTNER relationship as per Training Road Map. Preferred candidate profile Graduation degree in any stream and have strong communication skills. Some awareness of Life & General Insurance and have the zeal to be a Pro in Sales. Experience from 1 year to 3 years. Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard. Proficiency and fluency in English, Kannada, Tamil and any other local language preferable.
