Job Description

Job Title: Training Coordinator Location: Panchkula (Head Office) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Preference: Male candidate (as the role involves travelling) Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs (classroom and online). Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) . Manage training schedules, materials, and participant feedback. Track and analyze training outcomes to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth training delivery. Maintain training documentation and records. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree / Masters degree Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination. Strong knowledge of NSDC guidelines (added advantage). Good communication and interpersonal skills . Basic awareness of soft skills and professional development programs. Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) . Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams . Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training management systems (added advantage). Good documentation skills Ability to create and maintain detailed training records and reports. Knowledge of AI tools for improving training delivery and content creation (added advantage).
