Job Title: Training Content Manager Job Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune Job Type: Full-time Shift Timing : 9 am to 6.30pm (5 days working) Experience: More than 6+ years of experience in skills training is highly preferred Salary : Depending on the interview & Experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic Senior Content Manager with expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and content creation for skills training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, educational content that supports learners' growth while aligning with business objectives. Collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure content is impactful, well-structured, and tailored to diverse learner needs. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a content strategy for skills training programs, aligned with organizational goals. Research industry trends and build a content roadmap to ensure continuous and relevant learning resources. Content Creation & Development: Oversee the creation of various content formats, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity. Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and learner-centric materials. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead content creators, instructional designers, and editors, providing guidance and feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content into training platforms and align with broader development strategies. Content Optimization & Performance Tracking: Optimize content for engagement and learning outcomes. Use LMS and analytics tools to track progress and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance metrics. Brand & Educational Consistency: Maintain consistency in content with the organization's voice and educational philosophy. Develop and enforce content guidelines and quality standards. Content Distribution & Delivery: Oversee content distribution through LMS and other platforms. Collaborate with marketing to promote training programs and reach the target audience. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Ensure content aligns with business and employee development needs. Prepare performance reports and share insights with leadership and relevant teams. Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in content management, instructional design, or skills training content development. Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and the learning lifecycle. Proficient in creating digital learning content (eLearning modules, assessments, videos, etc.) for online platforms. Familiarity with LMS, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and content creation platforms. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex content. Strong project management and organizational abilities, handling multiple content projects. Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data to improve learner outcomes and stay updated on emerging trends like micro learning and gamification. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field. Certification or training in instructional design or learning technologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning). Experience in the development of soft skills training content (leadership, communication, critical thinking, etc.). Knowledge of content marketing principles to align training content with organizational goals. Experience with video production or multimedia content creation for educational purposes.
