Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Curriculum Implementation : Independently manage the end-to-end implementation of curriculum in 18-20 assigned schools. School Assessment & Monitoring : Conduct monthly school visits to assess and ensure schools are meeting established parameters. Teacher Support & Development : Assist teachers in identifying areas for development and improvement. Observation Reporting : Write detailed observation reports following each school visit. REQUIREMENTS Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills Fluent in English (spoken and written) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs Travel : Willingness to travel Career Interests : Desire to build a career in Early Childhood Education Exposure to young children (personal/professional) is a plus Experience : 0-2 years in sales, training, or post-sales support (preferably from the service industry) Education : Bachelor/Master in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Human Development preferred Language :English & Marathi
