Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Implementation: Independently manage the end-to-end implementation of Kreedo curriculum in 18-20 assigned schools. School Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct monthly school visits to assess and ensure schools are meeting established parameters. Teacher Support & Development: Support teachers in enhancing their skills, identifying areas for growth, and improving classroom effectiveness. Observation Reporting : Write detailed observation reports following each school visit. Requirements: Skills, Knowledge & Ability : Communication skills , Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs Ability to learn Travel: Willingness to travel Career Interests: Desire to build a career in Early Childhood Education Exposure to young children (personal/professional) is a plus Experience: 0-2 years in teaching or training (preferably from the service industry) Education: Degree in Early Childhood Education or Human Development preferred
