Role Description

This is a full-time role for Training and Placements at Mactosoft Private Limited. The role is on-site and located in Hyderabad. The Training and Placements professional will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, instructional design, and ensuring effective training delivery. This role also includes coordinating with clients for placement opportunities, providing customer service, and supporting trainees throughout the placement process.

Qualifications

• Training & Development, and Instructional Design skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and program implementation
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and trainees
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
