Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore for a Training and Placement Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for organizing campus placement activities, coordinating with colleges, developing soft skills training programs, and assisting in college recruiting processes. The role will also involve maintaining communications with educational institutions and potential employers to facilitate successful placements. Qualifications \n Campus Placement and College Recruiting skillsStrong Communication skillsExperience in designing and delivering Soft Skills training programsFamiliarity with Training methodologiesExcellent organizational and coordination abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fieldPrior experience in a similar role is a plus
