Training & Operations Lead (with Accounts Oversight)

About the Role

Manager – Training & Operations


Key Responsibilities

Training Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee SAP and professional training programs (online & classroom).
  • Coordinate between trainers, learners, and management to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and certification processes.
  • Support placement activities with candidate data management.

Operations Management

  • Drive end-to-end operations of the academy, ensuring SOP adherence.
  • Align with sales, CRM, and trainer teams for seamless execution.
  • Manage infrastructure, training resources, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and ensure timely reporting.

Accounts & Finance Oversight

  • Maintain records of fee collection, balances, invoices, and refunds.
  • Support monthly P&L preparation
  • Monitor costs and suggest efficiency improvements.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Management (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in training coordination, operations, or accounts.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, Zoho/ERP systems, and basic accounting (Tally/Zoho Books).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Prior exposure to

    SAP training, EdTech, or L&D industry

    preferred.
