Identify and onboard new companies for placements and internships. Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment sessions. Conduct resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and career counseling sessions. Guide students on interview preparation, job applications, and industry expectations. Monitor studentsplacement eligibility and performance. Work closely with faculty and management to align placement strategies with industry demands. Track placement records, maintain databases, and generate reports. Ensure smooth communication between students, recruiters, and institute management. Train students on communication, problem-solving, and technical interview skills. Provide one-on-one mentorship to help students achieve career goals Requirements Strong understanding of Data Science, AI, and Analytics job roles. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Ability to analyze placement trends and industry requirements. Excellent communication and networking skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work with students and industry professionals effectively. Bachelors or Masterdegree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field. 3+ years of experience in placements, career services, or recruitment, preferably in an educational institute or tech sector.
