Role & responsibilities

Training & Skill Development

• Conduct hands-on training sessions on wax modelling, tree assembly, wax setting and Resin finishing for trainees and production associates.
• Demonstrate standard techniques for sprue placement, symmetry, and stone seating in wax models.
• Develop and assess trainee competencies using CBC training modules and skill matrices.
• Support internal certification assessments and practical evaluations.
• Monitor training output for accuracy, finishing quality, and alignment.
• Maintain trainee progress records, attendance, and performance evaluation data.
• Report training outcomes, skill improvements, and areas for corrective action to the CBC coordinator.
• Identify new training needs and design short-term refresher programs.
• Collaborate with process engineers to integrate new wax setting technologies or tools into the training curriculum.
• Conduct structured training sessions on investment casting processes including Investment, burnout, melting, and casting.
• Train trainees in casting defect analysis, process control parameters, and quality inspection techniques.
• Demonstrate safe and efficient handling of casting tools, machines, and materials
• Conduct theory and practical training sessions on resin finishing techniques
