Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer – Photography & Digital Cinematography to join our creative faculty.

This role involves delivering theory and practical sessions, mentoring students on real-world projects, and nurturing their technical and artistic abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in photography, lighting, cinematography, and post-production workflows, along with a keen interest in teaching and mentoring.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping students into confident, industry-ready professionals — combining artistic mastery, technological fluency, and entrepreneurial vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on sessions in Photography and Digital Cinematography.
• Teach camera operations, lighting techniques, framing, and composition principles.
• Train students in studio and outdoor setups — including product, portrait, and cinematic lighting.
• Guide students through short films, documentaries, and commercial video projects.
• Instruct on post-production workflows such as photo editing, video editing, and color grading.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of cameras, lenses, lighting, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with creative and academic teams to design, refine, and update course modules.
• Participate in institutional shoots, promotional videos, and live workshops.
• Mentor students in developing professional portfolios and handling client-based projects.
• Evaluate student work and provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in photography, cinematography, and AI-based creative tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Photography, Cinematography, Visual Communication, Media, or Design.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in photography, filmmaking, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
• A creative portfolio demonstrating proficiency in photography and cinematography.
