Training Delivery : Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on microfinance principles, policies, and products. Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, clients, and community stakeholders. Customize training modules based on the needs and requirements of various teams and target groups. Curriculum Development : Design and update training content, ensuring it aligns with current industry standards and regulatory requirements. Create training manuals, e-learning modules, quizzes, and assessments to enhance learning experiences. Assessment & Evaluation : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training methodologies and materials. Team Development : Mentor and support the professional growth of junior trainers or microfinance team members. Share best practices and knowledge to enhance the performance of the team. Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure proper communication and understanding of training goals. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure training programs comply with local financial regulations and industry standards. Train staff to manage financial products effectively while mitigating risks associated with microfinance services.
