Job Description - We require 1 SME Cum Trainer for Mechanical domain having sound experience & exposure working with Foundry Industry. One who is familiar with Steel/Bar/ cast Iron melting process & can train the engineers of Cast House & Molten Metal Handling deparment. Apart from core domain knowledge, exposure & interest in Content development & training will be preferred. location - At the factory site in Hirakud Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with sound exposure in Steel/bar/cast Iron melting process & working experience with Foundry Industry is required, one who is having interest & knowledge in Training/L&D is preferred Exposure : The Training topics that will be covered is mentioned below - 1 Safety-Molten Metal 2 Familiar with SOP, SWI & HIRA 3 Different Alloys of Aluminium & its uses 4 Furnace & its operation maintaining temp 5 Melting Process 6 Alloying material & process 7 Fluxing & its application 8 Metal tap out process & casting Qualification - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Experience - Atleast 8-12 yrs. experience in Mechanical dept with Foundry industry is required. Thorough knowledge about Steel/bar/cast Iron melting process in mandatory The candidate Capable to converse in Hindi and English Contract length:4-5 months tentatively, may get extended to a longer engagement based on success of the pilot project Age – Preferably upto 52 yrs Compensation - Upto ₹65,000.00 per month + Accommodation + travel reimbursmenet & local conveyance assistance to be provided Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Sambalpur, Orissa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Experience: exposure in Foundry Industry: 10 years (Required) steel/bar/cast Iron melting process: 7 years (Required) Corporate Training: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 29/04/2025 Expected Start Date: 02/05/2025
