Job Description

  • Work Location : Hyderabad
  • Mode : Work from Office
  • Timings : 24 x 5 (Shifts) Cab will be provided.

Role: Communication Trainer is responsible to Coach and Mentor a group of employees on Language, Communication & Bottom Quartile (Individual attention). Derive Corrective actions on trends identified and Customize Training plans – Based on Knowledge Gaps..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Coach Mentor for identified employee or Group of employees
  • Able to communicate clear instructions
  • Ensure assigned employee or Group of employees scale up on client laid performance metrics
  • Conduct remedial trainings and Monitor the progress, provide feedback
  • Share updates & provide refresher trainings and provide feedback to the team
  • Able to Coach to Improve Process, Communication & Culture with a focus on grammar, written skills and reading comprehension skills.
  • Work on Upskilling existing skill set by Individual development plans

Skill Set:

  • High proficiency in Verbal /Written English
  • Knowledge of MS Office, G Suite
