Trainer - Educational

A dedicated Training & Development professional with hands-on experience in academic and corporate learning environments. Skilled in designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance learner engagement, improve performance, and support organizational or academic goals. Contributing to student development through effective curriculum delivery and communication training.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver engaging training sessions for diverse learner groups, including students, employees, and professionals.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, assessments, and digital learning content tailored to audience needs.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and classroom sessions focused on communication skills, soft skills, and subject-matter expertise.
• Assess learner progress through evaluations, activities, and feedback systems to ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with academic or corporate teams to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
• Mentor and guide learners to enhance confidence, communication, and practical application of knowledge.
• Maintain training reports, attendance records, and documentation as per institutional or organizational standards.
• Adopt modern teaching methodologies, including experiential learning, blended learning, and technology-enabled instruction.
