Job Title: Trainer - Education Sales & Counseling Location: Thane, Mahalaxmi Job Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and experienced Trainers with a background in education, counselling or educational course sales. As a Trainer at Finplan, you will be responsible for training and mentoring sales and counselling teams, helping them enhance their skills in student engagement, sales conversions, and career advising. Key Responsibilities: Train and mentor education counsellors and sales teams on student engagement strategies, sales techniques, and career advising. Develop and deliver interactive training modules focused on sales psychology, objection handling, and effective counselling approaches . Conduct live role-play sessions, mock counselling, and sales simulations to improve team performance. Guide teams on understanding Finplan"s course offerings, industry relevance, and unique selling points to enhance their ability to counsel students effectively. Stay updated with industry trends in education and student counselling to refine training methodologies. Monitor and assess trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and improvement strategies. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align training content with business goals. Requirements : Proven experience in education, counselling or educational course sales . Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching sales or counselling teams is a plus. Ability to create engaging and effective training materials. Passion for education and student success.
