Job Description

Accountability: - Collaborate with the training manager or department to design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Identify training needs by conducting assessments and analysing performance gaps. - Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources. Training Delivery: - Conduct training sessions for employees or new hires, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills. - Use various training methods, such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training, e-learning, and workshops, to cater to different learning styles. - Make data-driven adjustments to training materials and methods to continuously improve training outcomes. Onboarding and Orientation: - Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and its culture. -Conduct orientation sessions and provide information on company policies, procedures, and expectations. - Ensuring that training sessions are well-prepared, engaging, and effectively convey makeup techniques & Selling skills with quality customer services. - Upholding high standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene in the store and counter environment. - Maintaining clear communication with Beauty Advisor, addressing questions, concerns, and providing guidance. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, new products, and technologies to provide accurate and up- to-date information during training. - Managing training schedules punctually and efficiently, respecting the time of store and peak hours. - Continuously enhancing personal skills and knowledge to remain a competent and informed makeup trainer. - Utilizing feedback from higher Managers to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the training program.
