Job Description

Requirements Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates for IT roles using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Take part in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to attract potential candidates Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the hiring process Work closely with senior recruiters to learn and develop skills in recruitment strategies and techniques Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with candidates and team members Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus Benefits Embrace the freedom of working from home Competitive Salary Promising Incentive Show more Show less
