Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Trainee - Software in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development principles and a keen interest in learning and growing with our organization.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall quality of the codebase.
Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
