Trainee Software Engineer (Node.js & React.js)

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of web applications using the MERN stack and MySQL.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Work on both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js with Express.js or other frameworks).
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and deliver features.
• Participate in debugging, testing, and optimizing applications for performance.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  

Mandatory / Primary Skills

• Strong fundamentals in programming (data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Basic understanding of React.js (components, hooks, state management).
• Familiarity with Node.js and backend frameworks like Express.js (or similar).
• Understanding of MySQL database (queries, CRUD operations, schema design).
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON data handling.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn modern web development practices and frameworks.
  

Good To Have Skills(Optional)

• Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub
• Understanding of Responsive Web Design (RWD)
• Exposure to REST API integration in personal/academic projects
• Familiarity with debugging tools and browser dev tools
  

Experience

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
  

Academic / Other Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
