Role Brief: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated "Trainee Recruiters" to support our delivery team in finding IT professionals for the job opportunities available with our esteemed clients. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the hiring/talent sourcing industry. What you will do:Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.Support the on-boarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.Maintaining talent database.Cold Calling job seekers.Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per the company policies. Essential Requirements:Bachelor’s in engineering, computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft365.Freshers are welcome Benefits:Annual compensation offered ranges from ₹1,32,000 to ₹1,44,000.Hands-on experience working in HR at a leading workforce solutions firm.
