Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) Screen and shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Support with scheduling and preparing interview materials Maintain and update candidate databases and records Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on multiple platforms Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market demands, and competitor practices Provide administrative support to the recruitment team Handle candidate queries and provide feedback throughout the recruitment process Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other employer branding initiatives Preferred candidate profile 2023 or 2024 Passed out Graduates Preferred International voice or non voice process experience would be an added advantage.
