This position plays a key role in supervising daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining product quality. Freshers who are passionate and committed to building a long-term career in manufacturing are encouraged to apply. ________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and address production issues. Maintain accurate production reports and logs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Communicate with maintenance and inventory teams to prevent delays. Support continuous improvement and cost-effective production methods.
