Trainee- Product Designer

Job Description

Assist in conducting user research to gather insights and identify user needs Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts Support senior designers in developing user interface designs and design systems Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure designs are implemented correctly Participate in usability testing and help analyze feedback to improve designs Learn and apply best practices for creating responsive and accessible designs Assist in preparing design presentations and reports for internal and client meetings Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design Requirements: A basic understanding of UX principles and design methodologies Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Good knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate e ectively in a team A creative mindset with a focus on user-centered design Strong attention to detail and a passion for learning A portfolio (or personal projects) showcasing design work or case studies is needed Preferred Qualifications: Degree or certification in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related eld (or in-progress) Familiarity with user testing tools like UsabilityHub, Lookback, or Hotjar What We Offer: Mentorship from experienced designers and growth opportunities within the company A dynamic and collaborative work environment Hands-on experience with real-world design projects Exposure to a variety of design challenges and industries
