Trainee MERN Stack Developer | Web Developer

Join us as a full-time Trainee MERN Stack Developer and contribute to building robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies such as React.js and Node.js. Your responsibilities will include developing responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js. You will also be involved in building and maintaining backend services using Node.js, Express, and REST APIs, working with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL, debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and scalability. Collaboration with designers, developers, and key stakeholders to achieve project goals will be essential, along with owning various design tasks throughout the web development life cycle. The required skill set for this role includes proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js, basic knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs, familiarity with Git/version control systems, strong debugging and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and team collaboration abilities. It would be a plus if you have exposure to Next.js or SSR frameworks, understanding of deployment platforms, familiarity with authentication methods like JWT or OAuth, and prior internships or personal projects in web development. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, capability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work efficiently, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative.
