Job Description

Project Assistance: Assisting senior engineers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of engineering projects.
Research & Data Analysis: Conducting research, collecting data, performing calculations, and analyzing results to inform project planning and problem-solving.
Documentation & Reporting: Preparing technical reports, documentation, blueprints, and project progress summaries.
On-Site Observation: Traveling to different work sites or manufacturing lines to observe operations, gain practical experience, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Troubleshooting: Supporting senior staff in identifying and resolving technical issues or defects in systems or products.
Collaboration: Participating in team meetings and workshops, offering suggestions for improvement, and working with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications and Skills Education: A Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science).
Technical Skills: A basic understanding of engineering principles, proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CAD, programming languages, data analysis tools), and strong mathematical skills.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
Strong attention to detail.
