Trainee Data Analyst

Role Overview: As a member of the data science and analytics team at FrogData, you will be working with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to automotive dealerships. Your role will involve developing statistical models, forecasting techniques, and predictive analytics for various business functions. You will also apply regression analysis, hypothesis testing, time series analysis, and other statistical techniques to solve business problems. Additionally, you will assist in data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to ensure high-quality analytics and generate reports and dashboards using statistical tools and visualization platforms like Python. Key Responsibilities: - Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to automotive dealerships. - Develop statistical models, forecasting techniques, and predictive analytics for various business functions. - Apply regression analysis, hypothesis testing, time series analysis, and other statistical techniques to solve business problems. - Assist in data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to ensure high-quality analytics. - Generate reports and dashboards using statistical tools and visualization platforms like Python. Qualifications Required: - MSc in Statistics from a Tier 1 / reputed university. - Strong foundation in statistical concepts, probability, and data analysis techniques. - Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels) for data manipulation and statistical modeling. - Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. - Good communication skills to present data-driven insights effectively.,
