About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as

Trainee Oracle Fusion Consultants

. The selected candidates will be trained and guided by experienced consultants in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across HCM, SCM, and Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undergo structured training on Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (HCM, SCM, Finance).
  • Assist in configuration, testing, and documentation of Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Support in business requirement gathering and functional documentation.
  • Help analyze business processes and suggest improvements using Oracle best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting.
  • Participate in user training and go-live support activities.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and issue logs.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Training in Oracle Fusion is mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems or business processes (Finance / HR / Procurement / Inventory / Supply Chain).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Certification or coursework in Oracle Fusion Cloud or ERP (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
  • Mentorship from senior consultants and domain experts.
