responsibilities Hiring Vehicle from Open Market (Brokers), Vehicle Placements such as Tata Ace, Bolero, 407,14ft, 17ft, 20ft, 32ft SXL, MXL, etc for overall Pan India Level Manage fleet operations, including vehicle tracking and route planning Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs. Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency and on-time delivery rates. Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet utilization and reduce downtime. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 to 7 Years into Traffic Profile. Proficient in placing FTL vehicles(Tata Ace, Bolero, 407,14ft, 17ft, 20ft, 32ft SXL, MXL) Ability to use vehicle tracking software. Familiar with the Karnataka area. Familiarity with route planning tools and techniques. Strong sales and business development skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
