Role Description

The Traffic Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Thane or Navi Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Traffic Manager is responsible for overseeing the logistics and coordination of shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing the company's fleet. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling shipments, monitoring deliveries, collaborating with clients and drivers, troubleshooting delivery issues, and maintaining efficient transportation processes.Key Responsibilities:✅ Arrange vehicles as per requirement✅ Strong relationships with vehicle owners, fleet vendors, and brokers✅ Deep knowledge of market rates and routes✅ Handle vehicle types: Container, Dala Body, Trailer

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics management, scheduling shipments, and monitoring deliveries
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain efficient transportation processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and drivers
• Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Proficiency with computerized monitoring systems and fleet management software
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in hybrid working environments is a plus
