Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute brand activation strategies across PAN India to drive sales growth and increase market share. Plan, execute, and manage trade promotional activities such as BTL campaigns, events, and product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective trade marketing plans that align with business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform trade marketing decisions. Manage budgets for trade marketing initiatives and optimize ROI through data-driven insights. Desired Candidate Profile 4-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing or related field (FMCG industry preferred). Strong understanding of BTL activation principles and ability to plan successful campaigns. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Proficiency in analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions.
