Role Overview: As a Trade Finance Operations - Bank Guarantee at BNP Paribas India Solutions, your role will involve ensuring efficient processing of Trade Finance Operations of MEA branches through close coordination with branches and ISPL. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and optimized functioning of the activities in accordance with internal policies & guidelines and external regulations. Your role will require basic knowledge of trade finance products and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality service to clients by responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Initiate transactions, perform pre-processing checks and compliance checks, verify documents, and monitor transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal Credit, Compliance, and AML Team to ensure compliance with legal, credit, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and exceptions. - Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client servicing, transaction processing, and exception management. Qualification Required: - Arabic language proficiency is a must (reading, writing, and speaking). - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. - At least 5 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations.
