Your Role & Impact Talent Acquisition & Hiring Operations Lead end-to-end recruitment for our Tech team, ensuring a seamless and structured hiring process. Actively source, screen, and engage top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Collaborate with the department head to develop and refine talent strategies that align with business goals. Optimize hiring operations to boost efficiency and attract the best talent in the industry. Employee Engagement & Culture Building Create and drive exciting team-building activities, engagement events, and initiatives to foster a vibrant work culture. Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees to ensure job satisfaction and address key concerns proactively. Implement strategies to enhance employee retention and build a strong sense of belonging. Be the voice of employees, bridging communication between teams and leadership. Learning & Development (L&D) Design and oversee training programs that empower employees with the skills they need to excel. Support career growth through structured learning initiatives, mentorship programs, and skill development workshops. Work with managers to identify training needs and track learning progress effectively. Who You Are (The Perfect Fit!) A people champion who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with diverse teams. 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. A strong communicator who can present ideas effectively and inspire action. Experienced in managing teams and driving HR initiatives that make a difference.
