TPA Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage admission and discharge insurance formalities efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with TPAs for timely

    cashless approvals

    authorizations

    pre-approvals

  • Handle insurance documentation, claims processing, billing support, and follow-up with TPAs.
  • Assist patients and their attendants with insurance queries, required documents, and process guidance.
  • Maintain updated records of all insurance-related approvals, queries, and claim documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with the

    billing

    ,

    front office

    , and

    medical teams

    to ensure smooth discharge procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, insurance guidelines, and TPA requirements.

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 13 years

    of experience in TPA coordination, hospital insurance desk, or health insurance operations.
  • Experience handling

    cashless authorization

    and

    reimbursement claims

    in a hospital setup is preferred.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors degree (Any),

    Healthcare Administration

    ,

    Hospital Management

    , or related fields.
  • Additional certifications in

    Medical Billing

    ,

    Insurance Management

    , or

    TPA processes

    will be an added advantage.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of TPA operations, insurance claims, and healthcare documentation.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    (Excel, Word, Outlook) and hospital management or HIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and TPA coordination.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage workload under pressure.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
