Job Overview

TPA Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate panels
• Handle

  empanelment processes

  including documentation, application submission, follow-ups, and renewal formalities
• Process

  cashless authorization requests

  , approvals, and discharge formalities
• Maintain accurate records of patient insurance details, approvals, and billing
• Ensure timely pre-auth submissions, queries resolution, and payment tracking
• Follow up for pending approvals, bills, and reimbursement settlements
• Maintain healthy relationships with insurance company representatives and panel partners
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines
• Provide support to patients regarding insurance coverage and cashless benefits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Hospital Administration preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience

  in TPA coordination or hospital empanelment
• Strong understanding of

  TPA processes, insurance workflows, and panel onboarding

• Experience handling cashless insurance documentation and billing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle patient queries efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience in empanelment with Govt. schemes (CGHS, ECHS, DGEHS, etc.)
• Understanding of eye care or specialty hospital TPA processes
• Strong follow-up skills with ability to coordinate with multiple TPAs simultaneously
• Knowledge of claim settlement cycles and TAT compliance
