Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all TPA (Third-Party Administrator) and insurance coordination activities.
  • Manage cashless authorization, approvals, and reimbursement processes.
  • Follow up with TPAs for approval and claim settlement status.
  • Maintain records of approvals, denials, and pending claims.
  • Liaisoning with insurance companies and TPA representatives for quick case resolution.
  • Prepare and submit pre-authorization, bills and claim documents accurately.
  • Handle queries from patients, TPAs, and internal teams
