Work Schedule: 6 days a week Experience: 3 5 years experience in Cashless processing Role Overview: As the Claims Executive at Care.fi, you will be the primary point of contact for patients enrolling in our platform, playing a crucial role in managing relationships with patients, hospitals and hospitals staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels. Experience in insurance systems and claims management within India will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end process on different government portals (ECHS, CGHS, Ayushman Bharat, etc.), including claim submission, tracking, and query resolution. Ensure timely and accurate claim processing while adhering to ECHS guidelines. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve claim-related queries efficiently. Skills required: Prior experience in govt claims, ECHS, Ayushman, RGHS claim processing is a must. Ability to work efficiently in a hospital environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
