Role & responsibilities

Create personalized travel itineraries for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and activities
Research and recommend destinations, tours, and activities based on client preferences
Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transportation, tour operators) to ensure smooth operations
Manage and maintain accurate records of client itineraries, travel documents, and payments
Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise
Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and best practices
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and high-quality service
