Tour Package Operation Executive

As an Operations Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our travel services. Your attention to detail and proactive nature will ensure the seamless delivery of travel services to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end operations for tour packages, from booking to execution. - Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and local vendors to confirm bookings and arrange services. - Prepare and share travel itineraries, vouchers, and necessary documents with clients. - Ensure accurate costing and maintain package profitability. - Manage post-booking support, including amendments, cancellations, and refunds. - Communicate with clients before and after their trips to guarantee a smooth travel experience. - Collaborate with the sales team to meet client requirements efficiently. - Assist in vendor negotiations and onboard new partners. - Efficiently resolve any on-trip or operational escalations. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations. - Excellent coordination and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and travel CRMs. - Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively under pressure. - Customer-centric approach with a knack for problem-solving. Qualification & Experience: - Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. - 3 years of experience in travel operations (B2B or B2C). - Experience in managing holiday packages, hotel bookings, and coordinating with vendors.,
