Position:- Tour Package Head

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead the Tour Package Department and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Design, develop, and price domestic and international tour packages.
• Negotiate with vendors, hotels, transporters, and DMCs for best rates and services.
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences to create competitive travel products.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to promote tour packages.
• Ensure smooth execution of all tour bookings and client itineraries.
• Manage a team of tour executives, provide training, and ensure performance targets are met.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel partners, airlines, and corporate clients.
• Prepare reports on package performance, pricing, and profitability.

Requirements:-

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in tour operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of both domestic and international destinations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel software (Amadeus, Galileo, etc. preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
